Creating and Cultivating a More Optimal Environment

Creating and Cultivating a More Optimal Environment

In each of our daily lives there are moments where we are confounded and at times disillusioned with a specific outcome. If we begin to live in that place of disappointment, giving more credence to that state, then that’s where you’ll continue to direct your attention. But for a moment can you redirect your attention to what you really want to happen? How specific can you get in the image, the idea of not only what you want and would prefer happening, also, what are the steps, the how that would enthuse you to focus in a more appropriate direction that would align you in the flow of your dreams? Can you make yourself happy?

When we ask questions and get curious like solving a puzzle, we begin to exercise our “brain muscles” to work in a more beneficial way to help deliver us to our preferred outcome. Although it’s not magic, it sure seems magical when we can learn how to improve this skill of redirecting our attention to what we want compared to what we don’t want.

“We have the choice to think whatever we wish. We do in fact have alternatives. I choose Awareness!” Moshe Feldenkrais

This week there are 4 afternoon Awareness Through Movement (ATM)® lessons to explore where we will be comparing movements that lead to different outcomes. Uncover distinctions that enable the mind body connection to work at optimal levels. Discover forks in the road that will provide breakthroughs in this learning experience.

I am now playing with my Instagram (@thepeggiexperience) and getting outside of my comfort zone, I’m actually having lots of fun! Visit me on Instagram and if you are on Yelp, give some stars for what you have been noticing through this alternative and improved ways of being.

Hope you join me on the floor for ATM this week and any week. If you are not currently receiving my links for classes, send me a quick message and I will include you in the weekly class Zoom links.

Warmest on an 80 degree day in the Eastern Region in November!
