Awareness Through Movement Class

There are two approaches in working with the Feldenkrais Method: Awareness Through Movement ® and Functional Integration ®. ATM classes consist of verbally directed, pleasurable, and effortless exercise lessons involving highly sophisticated movement sequences. FI is a one-on-one process that involves the use of specific skilled touch and passive movement. Feldenkrais is known for its ability to address serious muscular and neurological problems and improve human functioning. At the most basic level, The Feldenkrais Method improves posture, coordination, flexibility, and suppleness, and is also recognized as helping to alleviate pain by minimizing physiological and psychological stresses.

Subscription Choices:

1.) FULL Monthly: access allows you attend all the classes during the month without worrying about missing a particular class. You also get free access to my ATM lesson archives. as well as my private archives. As videos arrive on the scene, these too are included in your “Full” membership.

$125 monthly if payment by check or cash
$132 monthly if using an online payment (Paypal etc)

2.) 8 Class Series: allows you to Prepay and chose the 8 classes a month. This membership entitles you to free access to my ATM lessons archive as well as videos as more become available.

$75 monthly payment by check or cash
$80 monthly with online payments

3.) Drop In Classes: This option is for students who are trying out Feldenkrais to see if it resonates. Please feel free to attend as many as you like and notice as you become more aware of the benefits of the Feldenkrais Method.

$15 per class
Please note that for drop in classes you will need to register in advance with payment so that I can send you the link the day or evening prior to the class. You can always call, text or email me to set up your participation. Payments accepted using PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or Personal Check.
