Your Destiny Is About Choices
Your Destiny Is About Choices
Bring a beginners mind to any Awareness Through Movement (ATM)® lesson as you explore, especially when reviewing a known lesson. It is invaluable to delve deeper into a familiar lesson as well as a new lesson so as not to fall into older habits where you think you know what is being asked of you. This enables you to dive deeper into your experience, finding new options and possibilities. Each time you explore any lesson, a fresh mind enables a newer process to awaken improvements.
Your first way in, can you allow your attention to turn towards your breath and how to let go where you might be unconsciously working? Become consciously aware and notice how this awakens your attention to find solutions, simply by letting go of unnecessary muscular tension. Notice how your process begins to open up to offer you more than you realized was there. It’s right in front of you, all you need is make a commitment to yourself to explore ATM gently. And when you honor yourself and reap the benefits of a private session whether in person hands on (Functional Integration/FI®) or a virtual session, your kinesthetic, sensory experience is living within you to help guild you to follow this sense of improved ease and comfort. Just slow it down to remember the sensations as they live within you. Don’t tune out, tune in and notice your daily improvements.
Remember, your destiny is not your fate but something you turn your attention towards. Awaken your awareness that turns on your dedication like turning on a light, a commitment to yourself so that in every way, every day you improve!
The benefits of a consistent, daily movement practice pays off. You only need a few minutes of turning on your brain and mind & body to listen and allow ease and comfort to guide you that enhance your health. This improves your physical, mental and emotional well being. Take it from someone who learned how to dedicate minutes a day to this process and I can share that it works as I’ve been doing this now for 2 decades. Who is more important than you? And if you say your children, the world… guess what, it starts with you doing little bits each and every day that create these benefits. These are the things each and every one of us can do each day to make your life, our world better for all.
