What Inspires You?
What Inspires You?
The inspiration that comes from watching a flower unfold, a sunset, sunrise or rainbow, a new season awaken, different than the one before, each new, different from before and mysterious. Behold, be present, be attuned to the subtleties to awaken to something new. The new can inspire you! And notice, when something is not so familiar at first, how do you react to that? In fact, simply by pausing to notice what might get you a bit confused or disconcerted, the new might possibly really feel easier once you take time to allow it to settle in. Follow that connection to experience another mystery in your life! You too can begin to hon your skills to find this sense of comfort, ease and improvement no matter what your issues, age or genetics because after all, we all deal and cope with this dynamic. It’s each of our dances of life and I for one continue to dance because I want to and get to!
Just like a bird that sings for no reason other than it can and fills the air with their beautiful sound, listen to the harmony of other birds chirping in to accompany and harmonize. It’s possible to see, hear, smell, listen and feel inspiration all around you, all you have to do is quiet any internal noise so that you can awaken to what is already around you but didn’t notice before. This is another skill we can learn better how to hon so these pleasures that uplift us can be a daily occurrence and allow you to create new connections. We all at times trip and fall, so bring yourself slowly back up and pause, listen to possibilities, awaken all your senses to connect and continue forward, seeking a pathway of ease!
“It’s not where you come from, it’s where you’re going. Keep on keepin on!” – Ella Fitzgerald
This week I’ll have four afternoon ATM® lessons so I hope you find the time to honor you and explore with my voice guiding you to find your pathway of ease. Even if in the beginning it feels different, strange or weird, it’s just not your known as long as it’s not hurtful or eliciting any pain, you’re on your pathway.
Here’s a link to actually see the dynamic activity in your brain especially as we pause between the movements in an ATM or during a private Functional Integration® session as our brain is wiring in new neuronal patterns to become more familiar. Can you allow them to wire in for more optimal habits? The choice is all yours! http://ow.ly/Vis350Ku0LR
