The Quest of Commitment, Dedication and Never Giving Up

The Quest of Commitment, Dedication and Never Giving Up!

Can you remember a time when you could do something easy and then – it wasn’t so easy. If you continued to do the same thing over and over, and it proved futile, in fact, only created more frustration, did you give up? What are you overlooking? Might there be another way in?  It’s necessary to change something, take a step back and find a different pathway.

You are a learning being, keep learning how to find your pathway forward. How to consider another way is what I offer with weekly Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM)® lessons. The one on one sessions are called Functional Integration/FI® and can be done either in my studio or as virtual sessions.

“The exercises here are intended to reduce effort in movement, for in order to recognize small changes in effort, the effort itself must first be reduced.” Moshe Feldenkrais

It’s so important to claim what’s yours, your intelligence will awaken faster with a little coaching so that you can find more ease and comfort in your body in movement. You, like me, need a tune up to reset at times from a life time of hardwired habits. Allow yourself the opportunity to find what I continue to find myself – after decades committed to and dedicated to exploring The Feldenkrais Method®.

I hope you will join me for any of my 4 ATM classes this week as well as consider scheduling a private session whether in person or virtual to sense and feel the difference a little bit of coaching offer in awakening within our innate intelligence. If you are not currently receiving my links for class and would care to, reach out and I will add you to the mailing for when the timing is right. A drop in class is only $15 and gives you the audio recording to download and explore as often as you want, it’s that simple.

The beauty of Spring is thrilling to witness, experience it one way or another. Use the birth of a new season as a reason to commit to learning something new.

Warmest,

Peggi
