Finding Connections that Create Improvement

Often we find ourselves at a place where we must shift something because we have a feeling, sensations that are telling us, somethings got to change. I often refer to this place as the tipping point of no return, and I’m here to share you can return and move beyond your limitations, that’s what I’m offering you. The question for many becomes how do I do this, create change that’s lasting? How did I get to this place, and how do I change a habit that is hard wired into my nervous system?

After all, whether you’re consciously aware of it, we all have been doing these patterns without really paying attention, that’s the purpose of habits, they are our known way of behaving. Your behavior is just that, a certain way of doing and reacting to stimulation. Creating more options starts with a gentle process of turning inwards to listen without judgment. First, do you have an idea of what you’d like to improve, that’s where the beginning of change starts.

Many things we can explore while finding ease, comfort and a sense of finding your neutral. I hope you will join me this week for Awareness Through Movement (ATM)® classes that support you in your process of finding more options to create your desired outcome whether it be reducing discomfort, improving your speed of running or the sport you love to play, maybe it’s having more focus to write, sing, play an instrument with greater skill with that sense of effortlessness. Whatever you desire, there is a pathway to follow.

We are not trying to fix you, rather it’s to enable you to find the teacher in you that leads you forward. ATM is a perfect process to begin your pathway, finding your neutral from which your potency, vitality and healing will respond, allowing you to feel more of what you hope to bring into your life. All the things you wish, find how you can do them with more ease and comfort.
