The Difference Between Constraints and Mistakes

A constraint is an intended use in learning that at first might appear to interfere, especially with our habits. In fact, a constraint enables a different way to approach something that isn’t as simple or easy to maneuver around. Take your time, go slowly to find what the constraint affords so that when you release the constraint, notice what improved almost immediately!

Now regarding mistakes, the only person who doesn’t make mistakes is one who does nothing. In fact, mistakes are an important part of our learning process that allows us to grow! There’s always something to learn from a mistake, that way, it’s not really a mistake, it created an awareness to learn from and improve.

“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” Albert Einstein

It is important to come at new things, different things, that are less familiar with curiosity instead of judgment. Your greatest gift is your ability to pause, come at the new information with an interest to learn what it offers that enhances your life.

“Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” George Bernard Shaw

Highlighting another newer FREE ATM on my YouTube Channel, today I share what a constraint offers with:

Rolling to Soothe with Hands Behind Head

Rolling is soothing to anyone and also facilitates how to protect. When necessary we can quickly roll out of danger. Begin with attending to subtleties you might not have paid attention to before. Build a foundation to move forward slowly, and then do it quickly for the fun of it once the pattern of efficiency wires in. By practicing with this lesson you can start the process of your body picking up cues without thinking about it. Listen carefully to the directions as I explain them. Follow along to the best of your ability.

The end of this week brings a holiday for many, it’s the new birth of Spring so where ever you are, hopefully you can drink in the beauty around you. I will be teaching my weekly ATM classes so if you would like to come join my classes this week or any week, please reach out and I’ll send you the weekly links to join my classes that are only $15 with audio for a drop in class.

I hope I have earned the privilege of your time and attention today.

Warmest,

Peggi
