Creativity is Vital to Any Improvements

Look for creativity within while observing the world around you. What is it that calls you, a dream, a desire? Offer the world something of quality, that feels good, or useful. The world is an extremely unlikely critic so listen more to what interests you. When we’re desperate to make sense out of this dance of life, turn to art, any form and notice how this sustains you. Art is not a luxury, it is sustenance to our being alive and learning!

Our human creativity is nature manifested in us. We are here to help one another to not only survive, but also to thrive, which means we need to better know ourselves. Who you are is revealed to you as your world expands and gives back in turn. We’re all connected so expressing yourself is a power that’s real.

I want to offer something that helps you feel yourself in a nicer, easier way, finding more pathways to journey forward. Just as I give my life to my passion in Feldenkrais®, this gives me thought as to how the pull of habits too often can minimize instead of enhance. So I hope you will join me this week or any week for my afternoon ATM classes, inviting you to listen, create and dialog to witness each of your own expressions. My gifts are to follow your love, passion to find yourself. After all, you have to be willing to not know it all and in a creative way, play and explore and “Express Yourself” in ATM.
