Choices and Outcomes

Choices and Outcomes

Everything you do is based on choices you make. To blame others or situations is more likely a trigger. Reactions come quick without much thought. A better response comes after a pause to reflect upon the trigger. You are responsible for decisions and choices you make. Best to step back a bit from the potentially negative influence. Reflect, so a reaction is temporarily put on hold for another option and choice to awaken to respond to any given situation. Creating a more optimal outcome is beneficial for all.

Another way to explore this way of pausing is to join an Awareness Through Movement (ATM)® lesson, where I guide you, potentially in a less known pathway, and suggests another way in a non-judgmental environment. I help you find more options and choices than your known way of being. This is each one of your processes in learning and moving forward. Pause, listen to your breathing, your state of emotion, use it hopefully in a productive and efficient way. Be strong, clear and kind and you’ll always be on the path of least resistance in most experiences in life.

The truly important learning is to be able to do the thing you already know in another way. The more ways you have to do the things you know, the freer is your choice. And the freer your choice, the more you’re a human being. Dr.Moshe Feldenkrais

I will be offering 4 afternoon ATM lessons this week so come join us on the floor or reach out to receive the audio file to download if your schedule interferes. There’s always a perfect time in anyone’s life to explore with awareness, it just requires your openness and curiosity to step outside of habitual patterns. If you are not currently receiving my weekly class links, simple reach out and I’ll add you to the mailing for when the timing is right.

Wishing you a sweet year moving forward and hope to explore together soon.

Warmest,

Peggi
