A Dynamic Process

Science is an evidence based dynamic approach, it is not static. Therefore, it is subject to change as new evidence, grounded in science appears. For those on this path whether a career in science or engaged in forms of healing, learning and improvement, science has been revealing that the more one can get out of their personal dialogue in their head and move more into their body, this is where real improvement awakens.

Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais advocated about how our body and mind are one. When we can move back into our body to sense and feel within, finding truth in our felt sensations, kinesthetic experiences, this is where vast awakening and self improvement blossoms.

Finding your way in, like any infant, allows what you feel in your physical sensations to inform how to chose and proceed in a more gentle experience. Look to nature to witness how life evolves in nature. The animal kingdom has ways to release pent up stresses to return to a more balanced, harmonious life while also being able to remain alert and vigilant to when and how to move forward.

The Feldenkrais Method® offers this approach to learning about yourself, quieting some of the unnecessary noise, giving each of you a pathway towards what you can do to awaken a greater level of sensitivity for self awareness and improvement on a daily basis.

I hope you will come join me this week to better experience the freedom of easy movement. Learn what you can do with comfort and pleasure to inform more choices. I offer 4 weekly afternoon Awareness Through Movement (ATM)® classes as well as the audio files to download and explore on your own. In addition, I offer live hands on sessions known as Functional Integration (FI) ® sessions and now since this era of Covid, online virtual sessions to help guide and support you in your process of quieting the noise. This noise of trauma, discomfort, doubt, assaults and injuries we all experience. All you need is your curiosity and willingness to shift from a more static disposition to a more science, evidence based approach, coming back into your body that will surely inform your mind!

I am driven by my passion to learn how to empower ourselves to sense, feel, observe and do what we want. There is an easier way even when it seems difficult.
