What is Art and Why is it so important to our Health

Think about all the things that you do on a daily basis. What are you creating? Do you instead minimize your creative talent because you haven’t yet considered all the things you do as an art form? Creating is in fact artistry. It’s another way of thinking outside the box how to restore, nourish and inform you how to explore life differently in order to improve and make your experiences better!

Change is the only constant in life. By welcoming change, you’ll experience new possibilities in your life. The Feldenkrais Method talks about organization and uses comparisons to instruct you to find your optimal movement. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine. What might you add into your daily life to inform you, renew you and restore a sense of doing with more comfort, time and efficiency?

I share the importance of a daily movement practice. Instead of a rote pattern like brushing your teeth, what if you explored artistically how to move through your daily life feeling more potent, vital and comfortable. It’s a change and an awareness that enables more.

A bird sings not because it has to, but because it can! What are the little things you can do each day in your daily functions that create a better way into health and vitality? We have Awareness Through Movement® group lessons and hands on sessions are called Functional Integration® It’s amazing how they reset your entire systems to run more efficiently.

ATM lessons are what you can do daily, and when explored, even little bits of a lesson, this reminds you what is possible. A writer needs to write daily to move through the stagnation of writers block. An artist of any kind needs to keep rekindling and renewing the things, events that inspire them to create their art. A chef creates not just to eat but to have a full sensory experience.
