There are two approaches in working with the Feldenkrais Method: Awareness Through Movement ® and Functional Integration ®. ATM classes consist of verbally directed, pleasurable, and effortless exercise lessons involving highly sophisticated movement sequences. FI is a one-on-one process that involves the use of specific skilled touch and passive movement. Feldenkrais is known for its ability to address serious muscular and neurological problems and improve human functioning. At the most basic level, The Feldenkrais Method improves posture, coordination, flexibility, and suppleness, and is also recognized as helping to alleviate pain by minimizing physiological and psychological stresses.

Subscription Choices:
1.) FULL Monthly: access allows you to attend all the classes during the month without worrying about missing a particular class. You also get free access to my ATM lesson archives. as well as my private archives. As videos arrive on the scene, these too are included in your “Full” membership.
2.) 8 Class Series: allows you to Prepay and chose the 8 classes a month. This membership entitles you to free access to my ATM lessons archive as well as videos as more become available.
3.) Drop-In Classes: This option is for students who are trying out Feldenkrais to see if it resonates. Please feel free to attend as many as you like and notice as you become more aware of the benefits of the Feldenkrais Method.
