Don’t Worry, Be Happy

Pay attention to the things that make you happy. These are the important things that can bring you back to a better balance despite all the interference that life puts before us. It’s easy to be pulled away from this focus when other things too often create a tipping point and we lose balance. Attention and awareness to the things that are critical to your happiness is the big stuff, all the other stuff is the little stuff that can work to move you away from what fuels and supports you to move forward. It’s all about learning priorities that are most important!

What if every day, every morning before getting out of bed you spent a little time to explore an easy, gentle way of moving into your day. Whether your preference is to start with a meditative process, awaken to creating a full body scan of how you lie, listen to you breathing, move in such a way that it feels pleasant and from there begin your day, grateful for this internal listening that awakens the things that are most important to you. Focus on where you want to be and create a kindness while developing a clarity of what is best to prioritize, that’s the big stuff that dreams are made of!

I’ll return to begin ATM classes on Friday, September 1st. In the meantime, my big stuff is getting comfortable, moving with ease in a gentle, slow way to build upon.
